You may have tried Soap/Reality tv add-ons in Kodi, most are not very reliable

Most tv stations provide a free catchup service, just go to the tv station website on your browser and navigate to the Catchup or VOD section, while you are there bookmark the page for easy access for return visits

If you are outside the uk and want to view UK soaps/reality tv, then use a VPN and set it to the UK, set it to USA for USA content, you get the idea just set your VPN to the country of the station broadcaster
